I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with friends and family! It certainly was an enjoyable break for me but I am ready to get back into the swing of things. This month I will be holding off on the monthly progression as I will be seeing many of you for parent teacher interviews. I will continue with them into December. Thank you so much to all parents who supported the Social Studies assignment! They were very well done for the most part and I am very impressed! I have been extremely busy this last few weeks so I apologize for the lack of posts. Everything is going smoothly in class up to this point. Ant issues I will be sure to let you know!

I have received everyone's paragraphs and they look pretty good so far! Thanks to all parents who assisted with this activity! Science test is scheduled for Wednesday. I have the test created so as long as everyone studies all items we learned in the duotangs, you should be well prepared for the test. Social studies test is next and I will post a date by the end of the week.

I hope everyone had an excellent Thanksgiving weekend! I know I sure did! But now it is time to get back at it because I can see report cards in the distance! Math home work tonight is juat a review of the new math topics. The chapter we are covering now is PLACE VALUE up to 1 million. Please look it over with your child! Happy Friday to everyone!
Yesterday I was in Meadow Lake with the Cross Country athletes and we had a great time in beautiful weather! Sorry I have not been consistent with the blog this week! I have been out of the classroom quite a bit! Next week we will be doing reviews in Science and Social Studies for unit tests. Please check out the websites on my blog for some review. I am also sending home a feedback form for you to fill out and have returned to me. This feedback form is about the progress report I sent home about your child. Your input is important to me and I would like to know what you liked or disliked about the progress report.
